If this all comes together my plan is to add other aux switch assetass to the Sport, then add an auxiliary battery to power the bed.
My JT Sport Max Tow vision is overland camping/hunting/fishing. Just wish I still had the old swamp shash still, the JT was made for that adventure.

Chip, Fellow Minnesotan. In researching this and other vehicles over the years I've not been impressed with MN as a "value" state. The map provided shows our ONE best dealer is 3%, while in Iowa, it's 5%. Add to it we have 6.5% sales tax on the vehicle and Iowa has 5% "registration fee", which...
Is it common for Late Availability?
I would understand new colors, but the ones already available for the JL (Granite Silver Metallic, for instance)? They already have the paint! And that's the one I want :-)
Along with window cranks I'd be a fan of vent windows and a high beam foot switch.... The vent windows always seemed most functional to me for those Fall and Spring days where it's too cold outside for a window down, but the sun coming in is too hot to run the heater. Pop the vent windows open...
Hi Cassie,
I love the SofTop concept and was exploring the bed rack and tent options.
Any products or concepts That would use a bed rack as an exo-skeleton or other ideas to allow a SofTop to be removed by one person and/or fully retracted?
I'm thinking dog kennel, dry gear, and campingcunder...
Will need to see what happens with the final builder and packages. As it sets, if the Tow Max is available on the Sport I'll get everything I need there. I thought leather was an option on the JLU Sport S.... if I'm cloth seats regardless, I'll giving up factory installed heated seats. Also...
Since our Wrangler days we've delineated "Jeep" as a brand and "Jeepy Jeep" as the real Jeeps :-)
We also name all of our vehicles. The JT will be called "JT" for standard conversation, but it:s code name will be "Timberlake"

Wraith, Thanks!
Exactly what I was looking for.
I'll likely be the same; I won't get the value out of a Rubicon, but lifestyle wise I need something a little, more. My son (10) and I had our first adventure this last summer, we have a lot more ground to cover!
Hello,
I'm a noob to the technical side of Jeep. My first ride in the mid-80s was a Grand Cherokee, then had a Wrangler in the early 2000's. I told my wife to get a JKU, but she opted for a Ford Explorer. Now I'm due for a vehicle and she said, "Get a Jeep". I started researching the JLUs last...
