It's not what most people think when they discuss shore power as in an RV. It is basically just a charger/maintainer. However, there is an option in the app to activate it as a 'charger' or turn it on as a 'power supply'. Since it is only 12v, it's not going to be powerful enough to run...
Here you go. My batteries are AGM. But my system design can utilize AGM with a DC/DC charger, AGM directly connected to the starting battery via smart solenoid, or dual lithium batteries. Currently I have 2 115ah FR DC batteries side by side. It also includes a solar controller and a shore...
Mine is similar. but with the inverter in a different location and not using the lynx system. It sits behind the wheel well so if the fridge wasn't bolted in and you needed to slide a big box in between the wheels the electrical wouldn't be compromised.
I have been contemplating options for covering the rear seat delete platform I built last year. It has worked well, but as I expected the paint is degrading. Having a carpet of some type seems to be a better idea anyway due to helping create and anti-slip surface.
Amazon has tons of options...
That's interesting. I don't know much about road rules over in your neck of the woods. Theres no such thing as an actual 4x4 trail here. Wild Bill is 3 hours north of me and that's the only one within at least 200 miles. All our 'trails' are just standard FS roads but with a low maintenance...
Here in my area the ATVers and dirt bikers do that on purpose. Just enough cut back so they can make it and nobody else. Once I used to think they were just a bunch of lazy pos's. Now I'm confident they do it on purpose. Everyone wants to think this road and that trail and this forest...
I have had that error dozens and dozens of times. Usually I attribute it to too much network traffic on the server this forum is running on. After a few refreshes or even checking back in a few hours it ends up working. I highly doubt you are 'banned' from those threads.
Nice looking replacement. Can't lie I have been thinking about it as well to pair with an Alaskan camper.
You should look at the 2 door wranglers sooner than later. I believe 2025 is the last year they are making them (or maybe it's this year). I just looked and it's not even an option on...
H3R is a brand, they have (or used to have) multiple types. Which did you go with? I have some of the older MaxOut, and would like to switch to their CleanAgent to prevent any electrical corrosion - but then again, if there is a fire it's probably going to be totaled anyway. And $350 is an...
This looks really good! Looks like a feasible build too. I wonder if these AI tools can actually spit out specifications - kinda like some house design tools will give you a list of materials and cost

What program is it everyone keeps using for these. Or are there several options? I've actually been wanting to look into it for productivity assistance for a few things.
Good question. I honestly don't know how the 'in motion' deal works. I kinda have a feeling that somehow the in motion use is linked to your account where they keep track of what service and antenna you have. But I would like to try and see if it in fact does work. But I dont want to spend a...
I'm on a AEV 3" HD lift with a simple RTT that sits directly on top of the canopy and I think even I am too tall for your garage. Stock 33's. I think the only way you can make it work is by removing your lift, going to stock height, stock tires and then you can probably barely squeak by. I...
Watching their install video the only potential conflict with the last option you posted as issues with the rubicon is their skid plate. But I bet you could figure a way to make it work. Looks OE, and aluminum. By far, IMO the best looking option, and rust resistant being your location.
Yeah I get it I like to see that stuff as well but I dont think it is actually a requirement to have that. At least, if it is then theres a billion violations. all of those components you listed I can find in my local Ace which is in a tiny basement below a very small grocery store (town of...
Oh that's interesting, I didn't know the curvature was different, I thought that was a bit of a 'standard'.
So are yours designed to be on the outer edges only then? Or could a person put them on the inside if they wanted to?
