My wife made ours out of paracord and connectors. They wrap around the roll bar. They do not interfere with the Sun Rider top, Freedom panels and since we don't use the bolts for the top, they stay with the jeep when the top comes off. We did make sure the 2 that go wrap the roll bar are tight...

I wouldn't do that. Subs have specific requirements to work correctly and not fail. Also the factory enclosure is plastic and limited to the low power amp the Alpine "upgrade" offers. Probably way more than you want to do, but something to ponder long term...
