I used the Audio Control resistors for Chrysler vehicles at the amp. AC lists the LC5.1300 speaker level input of 3-40V rms so even with the alpine setup you would be fine off of the Alpine factory amps. I can't say of the Audio Control resistors would help with the Alpine factory setup since...
What are you using the PAC unit for? I tried looking it up but nothing comes up for the part listed. My setup is the stock 7" head unit stock speaker locations tapped/run to the amps speaker level inputs. My system is not the factory Alpine system.
90% of my listening is via Apple CarPlay...
The question is "IF" the sub has a dual voice coil. You will know it does if it has 2 sets of connections on it. If only one connection, + / -.
So if the sub is a dual voice coil, DVC, then you will need to wire in paralel. If you don't know what I mean google wiring up a sub.

The amps built in crossover will do that for you. Audio Control has a pdf online for setup of 4 speaker level input with front/rear/sub output. It is in the KB under, I think, the LC6 model.
Not knocking the kit you have at all. I have the RR version. Difference in pre to post install performance change was non existent. There is more intake sound if anything. I run the low profile and high top, depending on time of year. I will say this past year Im glad I had the high top on...

I watched a video of the most common issues and it mentioned the sensor in the diff housing. Sensor failure is common and a cheep fix but you do need to drain/remove the cover to repair. However, it would show a trouble on the dash, this may not be your issue, just wanted to mention...
Giant Red RokBlokz really make the color pop and protects your door hinges. Mine look way too big with no lift and stock M/T tires on the Rubi. It will grow into them at some point.
Somewhere in CT there is one I see once in a while in mint condition. Almost crashed looking at it. There was also a Subaru XT for sale on FB recently. Like the one pictured below.
I feel bad for Subaru. Other than the El Camino Subaru had the Brat, they sold very well but went away. Then they came out with the Baja Sport which had lack luster sales and died an early death. They were on the cutting edge and now look what's popular:
The Jennifer PickUp, Honda Ridgeline...
