What version GFC did you have? Where were you having issues with leaks? I've had mine for about 2 years and haven't had any leaks, or loose hardware. The original sleeping pad wasn't the greatest but the new pads that they use are better.
On your Topo is it just the side windows or can the...
52k miles with 3.5 lift and 37s getting about 20mpg and i daily drive it. I love this thing but have had some issues, but all under warranty. Biggest was having the fuel pump go out just at the beginning of the announcement of the recall when it was just a select few of vins, and my vin wasn't...
I've had my GFC for about 2 years and love it. Taken it everywhere and has done well in all elements. And haven't had any issues with leaks or anything. Just finished building out my storage in the bed. So now I can start finishing up my solar setup and everything else to get it to where I want...
The wait is due to them making each GFC specific to your vin and your configuration. So, they do not have stock laying around like others who would just mass produce.
I drove over 15 hours to pick up mine. I know last year they partnered up with several vendors to do remote installations. But...
I've had my GFC since 2022. Picked it up at their HQ in Montana and haven't had any problems and no leaks. It has been through snow up in the sierras, rain in Washington and along the beaches of British Colombia without any leaks or any major condensation. The rear panel where it meets the...
Mines a 22 and 37's as well. Had no issues for 40k miles and took it on a lot of long distance trips with no issues. Got me through the western part of Canada when I spent 2 weeks up there solo. And then this year when it stalled again and the pump went out, it just snowballed and one thing...
My pump gernaded itself back in Dec 2022. They replaced the fuel pump, fuel rails, lines and injectors. This was before the recall was right around when the recall was announced and only a certain number of vins were included. My vin wasn't included at the time of failure.
Then Jan 2024, my...
I'm not sure either. but since the beginning of this year it has just started to get more and more frequent. And after it started to make the rattling noise like it has before and stalled on me, I took it back to the dealer. And of course the diesel tech doesn't work on Friday and won't look at...
The dealer replaced the PCM and said that it was ready for pickup .Got it this morning, and while i was leaving the dealerships parking lot, it started to make the same rattling noise while under acceleration that occurred previously when it stalled on me. So, did a uturn and dropped it off at...
Just in case anyone is wondering.
All the wiring and sensors checked out OK when tested, so the dealer said that the PCM is just not computing the input information properly causing the two codes to popup. They ordered a new PCM and hopefully resolves the issue.
That's what i saw on google as well, but didn't see anything specific to jeeps or gladiators so was just wondering if anyone else have seen these two codes. Guess I will just wait and see what the dealer says next week.
Had two codes come up this morning, P061B and P062B but can't find anything on the forums or google about anyone else with Gladiator or even jeeps having these codes come up. P061B is coming up on my reader as Internal Control Module Torque Calculations and P062B is Internal Control Module Fuel...
Well, my saga continues. This morning, I was leaving the house and heard a small rattle noise and turned down the radio to see if I was hearing things or if my jeep was making the similar noise I heard the last couple times that my jeep stalled. And it was in fact my jeep making the same...
They didn't have any issues replacing it twice already through warranty. But since the GG isn't really worth the $2k cost to replace out of pocket, might as well just pay the $50 deductible through my insurance for whatever glass they replace it with.
If you do not have a little black gorrila face in the driver side corner, than you have the regular glass. However, the GG is a joke and mine has chipped/cracked 3 times in less than 2 years. Jeep won't replace my current GG that is cracked even though they replaced it the two other times...
