I bought mine from the dealer this way. I did exactly what the previous poster suggested. Essentially you have to “re-tap” the threads. I VERY carefully used the tap and worked like a charm. Again, go slow and you’ll be fine.

Haha. No worries. I know JCR makes a cargo basket for the gladiator bed but I think it mounts to their own bed rack. However, I think you might be able to rig something using their mounts to bolt to the cargo rails.

Not sure if you’re looking for a full rack system like the Maximus posted above but both Thule and Yakima make cross bars that attach to rail system in the bed.
