well this is unexpected. picked up from installer and have rubbing. wheel offset is fine per manual and these are 38x13.5 tires but apparently it’s not fine WTF. my 2-inch mopar lift had no rubbing issues with the same wheels and tires. This is really garbage for such an expensive system. Not...
all I can say is that the 6.4L SRT crate engine is a fantastic fit for the JT. It's powered but not overpowered if your gears are not too short and just moves meaty tires like nothing else. It accelerates and drives like a regular sporty truck while getting decent MPG. have not towed anything...
FINALLY got the rock krawler no Iimits 3.5inch lift installed plus some YUKONS for the rear. Falcon steering stabilizer new as well. Was planning for their shocks too but had to go with FOX since they were nowhere to be seen since I ordered them last July. On road rides really well and love the...
Oh dear that is No Bueno :( and can totally kill any stoke with the build. I really hope you get it resolved to your satisfaction so you can enjoy your truck. It's still a totally bad ass and unique build that will be a ton of fun
Love mine!!! Really good quality and been running it stubby since going 38s. I have bumped into many a rock or tree and there are scratches but no rust. I also run the winch hoop with lights and just like the look and it covers the winch nicely
Wow that’s a nightmare of a story right there considering that this should just give you endless stoke and happiness. I had one major issue and two minor ones.
Major one was my oil leak and it required three way coordination between Rubitrux, AMW and the local shop Ratchets Off-road. I have to...
not without some fab work. what’s important here is that the support bracket is really a support bracket and holds the fender in place. I was going down the Highway at a relatively high speed in strong cross winds and it blew out my fender but it was held by the quake LED bracket and I was able...
how are these stock numbers for the rubicon model even remotely relevant ? I doubt anyone who cares about flex wheels this thing stock - it’s just not possible without destroying the underside and playing turtle
that is one clean and bad ass looking Jeep. Love the color and the bronze works really well with it. curious to hear about your driving impressions of the factory 392 vs the 5.7 and hellcat. also looking forward to your write up
I am 6.4L 4.10s and currently 38s and 37s before that. short answer: gears are perfectly fine; it will be more peppy with smaller tires or shorter gears. It will be night and day over a 3.6L with 4.10s and 37s
The MPGs really that different with the 392 vs hellcat? I would conceptually say that if you are interested in the 707 go with that! It def has a much bigger coolness factor than just a NA HEMI. I sometimes wish I had the whine lol but I am also interested in the stroker kit that Rubi made for...
resale maybe probably better with the 707 but will mostly depend probably if you take it offroad or not.
Rubitrux made an add with mine lol so I would need to take all stickers off before selling....
One thing I would say is that 38x13.5 look really good and can fit smaller lifts if you not...
The biggest driver for your MPGs will be tire size. You get stock or better on 35s or smaller. I am current contemplating to build the truck back (tire size wise only) and run smaller and lighter tires - better MPGs and faster ? prob won't do it but....
