Well, I got the service Def system CEL on the highway this morning 2293 miles. Then about 15 minutes later it popped up again and said engine will not start in 200 miles. It's not cold at all here 50 degrees out.
I went with the fox 2.0's and I feel it rides perfectly fine and I couldn't justify spending the extra for the falcons based on the nice ride I have now.
Immediately after the lift while on stock tires, I measured exactly 3.5" of lift in the front and 2.75" of lift in the rear. When the smallish...
I drove the 3.6 in a sport and promptly ordered a diesel back in July. The 3.6 did have some pep in stock form, but it had to drive up the rpms to get there. My plans were 37's and NO regear....so diesel it was. I could not be happier with it at this point, she handles the 37's with ease.
Well, I only have 1270 miles on it so far. Mostly city driving with mileage at 21 mpg. I have been mashing on the skinny pedal because it brings smiles....I cannot feel any loss in power and I thought I would. Still haven't been able to get a front end alignment due to working out of town, but...
These are going to be AWESOME! I prefer A, but will buy either one as soon as one or both are available! Long curvy dark driveway with trees on either side! The option of using the aux buttons are what I want.
Well, I did 0 offset which pushed the wheels out by I think 1.7" or so. I didn't want the bro dozer look or rocks/mud slinging all over the side.....but I should've went positive offset to pull them in a bit more.... like a 12mm would've been perfect on my spoet s diesels regular width axels...
I don't know if anyone has posted yet about a diesel, but my 37 12.5 17 on 8.5" wide wheels fit the spare location like a glove. I do have the clayton rear trackbar as well and it cleared it by an inch.
So, my first impressions of driving my eco with 37's are wonderful. I didn't notice any lack of performance or bad driving characteristics. I have not calibrated for the larger tires yet either. I have 37 12.5 17 bfg ko2 (69-71lbs) and motegi mr149 (25lbs) wheels.
The bed is now lined and the tires are on! 37x12.5x17 BFG KO2 on Motegi MR149 with 0 offset. No rubbing or vibration and drives smooth. I love it. TPMS are not working, I'll deal with that at some point.
Wow, I haven't tried 4WD yet. When I get home I'll see what happens. I am sorry to hear this, I'd be bummed out big time if it was mine. Keep us up to date.
Has anyone noticed the stop start feature works sometimes and not others?? I know I can feather the brake (or lightly press on the pedal) while coming to a complete stop and stop start won't engage..............but, sometimes it doesn't matter what I do and it won't engage, weird.
This is the...
So, I now have a almost full diesel sport S take off suspension after installing the lift. What is everyone doing with it? Springs, shocks, swaybar links, front upper control arms to be exact.
