Previous owner has the locks in the unlocked positions; i have new locks; how do i get the old ones out? I dont have it in front of me yet and previous owner trying to help me out.

Hey, thanks for that. Appreciate it. I think for my purpose I really need to get tire variance out and get something from the axle to another point. Being off by even 1/2” would be a big deal.
I use ”bottom out” and “top out” interchangeably, so just be discerning which is which.
