After nearly one year on the 38s, they feel kinda small. I have towed a UHaul trailer around town and it didn't exhibit any quirks, but you have the feel safe out there @CallMeJoe .
I plan to taking the truck more places to test the UD and it's durability across trails in my area.
Today, I took the truck for a small shakedown drive out to Joshua Tree National Park. I love this Upper Decker unit. I was able to finally store my items in the bed with everything locked in place. Everything was free of dust and the truck now has a finished appearance. I am very happy.

I unfortunately pulled this hinge apart by accident. This morning, I repaired it with just a rubber mallet. I will install it back on the bed of the truck and get back to the installation.
During installation today, I separated the hinge on the drivers side. I will use some channel lock pliers to fix the hinge tomorrow and see if that works.
Nearing completion of the Upper Decker, I loosened then removed one side of the hinge holding the Upper Decker in place. I shouldn't have done that. One hinge is now dislocated, but can likely be reassembled. I will wait until tomorrow morning to evaluate.

I'm nearing 7,000 miles and running ~37psi, the tires are holding up. No challenging rock trails, though. Just simple desert trails and street driving - for now.
Have you looked at your tie rod ends?
If you are lifted, did you upgrade your front track bar? If so, have you retorqued the hardware after 500-600 miles as you are supposed to?
Lower your front tire pressure to 30# - 42# is crazy!
Have you had your front end aligned? I would definitely have...
If you are experiencing Death Wobble and not a mild shimmy, I would lower your tire pressure to 30# psi rather than run ~37#.
Has your alignment been checked?
Are your tie rod ends tight?
Is your front track bar tight?
Are you familiar with the 'Dry Steering Test'?
