Iād like to put a Rubicon 3.0L EcoDiesel transfer case into my 2021 Willys EcoDiesel so I can have 4:1 low range. Can anyone confirm the correct part number for the Rubicon EcoDiesel part time 4WD transfer case? I think itās

It should be a bolt-in swap, but can anyone else...
No, itās stock. Somewhere in the past I remember identifying these as the same brake components as a Rubicon. My Willys diesel also has iron knuckles, not aluminum. I will have to double check the part numbers for the calipers. That might confirm which clips I need. Thanks
I have two broken spring clips on my brake calipers where the pads slide. Can anyone help me confirm the correct part numbers to replace all the clips for my 2021 Willys EcoDiesel? It has the same calipers as a Rubicon. Thanks.
My experience has been the same, but I havenāt removed the restriction at the top of the filler neck. Since I canāt currently see down in there I stopped it at 1.5 gals extra today. I could hear it so I know it was close. Last time at a different station I overflowed it putting in about 2 extra...
Yeah, for sure depends on the pump. Best way to maximize the fill without spilling would be actually seeing the fuel level in the filler next before it overflows. Iāll probably remove that restrictor or whatever itās called.
Today I pulled up to the pump shortly after low fuel light came on. Ran the pump on the slowest setting with the trigger tab locked. Pump clicked off at 17.1 gal, waited 60 sec, then pumped it as slowly as possible by hand. Got quite a bit more fuel in there, but couldnāt see it and overfilled...
Sounds like the lead times on your bumpers is way better than the 12-14 weeks stated on their website. I am particularly interested in seeing that rear bumper. Good plan getting them powder coated because let me tell you, painting that front bumper in my garage was a real chore (and I used to be...
Ooooooooo shiny! Looks good. I think I saw your comment somewhere else that you ordered Relentless Fab front and rear bumpers? I was just admiring their rear bumper today on the website. Not currently ordering, but if youāre getting one Iām excited to see it. Iāve yet to install my Artec Bantam...
Thanks. I had to snip the ends of the tubing at a 45 degree angle to make it fit into the groove. Weāll see if it stays there. It should. You could easily do yours if you decide to.
FWIW on mine I wasnāt able to get the tubing to fit into the lower gap along the bottom of my window. The gap was much smaller than the top and the farther down the sides I got, the more difficult it was to install as the gap became smaller. I used 7mm silicone hose from Amazon. I have seen at...

Not picture perfect, but it looks pretty damn good! Iāll test it for leaks today with the water hose. Very tedious work and has a learning curve. Thanks to all who have come before me to figure this out.
