I searched for several months waffling between a Gladiator and a crew cab Silverado. When I saw this, I said to myself, let’s do it!
The appeal for me on this truck was the simplicity of...
While we are talking about tire pressure, any thoughts on what PSI to run 285/70/17 KO2's for a nice even wear?
I just went from my factory steel 245/75/17 to the 285/70/17's and I am looking for suggestions on what to run in order for them to wear evenly. My driving will consist mostly of...
Put on a set of Rocktrix Rt 105 wheels with 285/70/17 KO2’s
Wheels are +12 offset (5.5” backspace)
As you see it, no lift, no leveling kit.
Max tow, wide Dana axles, 4.10, etc.
I shopped around quite a bit and ended up with the Rocktrix RT 105.
I chose the +12mm offset (5.5” backspace).
I ended up putting 285/70/17 KO2’s on them and it ended up being a great fit for me. I did not want them to stick out very much.
(below are some before/after shots)
The Jeep is a Max...
I also have the small/mini screen. From one of the posts above, looks like "3 tab" speakers are what I need. Has anyone made this change yet on the uconnect 3, 5" setup? Hoping that just swapping the 4 speakers out with this basic head unit will help....
Thanks for the offer- I originally wanted 100% rock rails but I just put them on and they are perfect for me... they are a nice mix between rock rails and side steps. Like (75%rock, %25% step)
I saw these in a local ad (with poor pictures) and I went and picked them up. I thought they were going to be the small, thin factory rock rails but they are not.
The only markings I can find are 606RH 9112 and 606LH. (RH for right hand... etc.)
With a 3.5” top width, I’m thinking they are steps...
My brother has already had these on 3 of his Jeeps and loves them.
(I’m working on getting wheels first before headlights)

I was just going to order some rocktrix wheels and I just saw these white wagon wheels at Quadratec- Any thoughts on the white wheels on an all black JT? I can’t seem to find a pic of one online...
Hello -
How did this work out for you? Did you go with the -12
I am looking at the same ones, but the +12 as I dont want them to stick out too much. I have a set of 265/70/17's
Great trip-
Pulling about 3000 pounds and hauling about 700 in the bed, I got 10.9 ish mpg on the highway around 70mph. On the way home, I got about 12 mpg doing about 65mph.
