Which mount did you end up ordering? I have the pedalmonster on my JT diesel but I held off on the gauge because I didn't find anything besides the window mount suction cup and they always fall off when I go offroad?
Ill say I have had Chevy and Ford 1/2 tons with ungodly factory weight ratings from the older standards. Loading them up at 50% of the rating was dangerous and caused the pickup to wander especially at highway speed. I think current weight ratings are an evolution of the past over ratings. Just...
Includes me but I had the hardtop off. I may top off the fuel and def tanks and weigh again today with top on, no driver. No steel front bumper, do have the bestop tonneau cover on.
I am hoping for some good lift options for the JT diesel. I thought I could do my part to hopefully help calculate some spring rates to jump start the process by running my truck across a certified scale.
Edit: updated weights and specs no driver:
Front Axle = 2960 lbs
Rear Axle = 2540 lbs...
I put the Tazer mini I had from my JLUR into my JTR ecodiesel. The ecodiesel has an additional computer/sensor box right behind the can-bus connections that the tazer plugs into. I found it a bit more challenging to put in with my big hands. (a bit more challenging to take out quickly when...
“Allegedly”
I had a friend order the same day as me and his is still not in production. All I have is here say and non factual. I am expecting a recall on mine at some point but I really don’t care.
My citation source would be joe bob over at the corner oil changing station.
Diesel production started 9/4, small details. Production is currently on hold for an updated engine harness. It will be a recall on last years diesel wrangler and the first few diesel gladiators that made it out of the factory.
In storage waiting for release or next rail car shipment to your distribution area. Mine was in Kzs for about 2 weeks then shipped 9/14. I see you have build sheet and sticker today so it is all built and awaiting shipment. Shipment is the tough wait.
It will tow my boat, haul my tools, has room for my dogs, and has 440 ft lbs of torque not to mention it is a hell of an off-roader. I’ll be happy with it. I’ve had plenty of full size pickups and this fits my daily needs much better than those.
Mine is one of the diesels that showed up with a window sticker overnight. Dealer called me this morning and it is scheduled to arrive at the rail yard Oct 11 then up to a week to truck from there to e dealer.
Mine was built about the same time but ordered 7-15ish and has been put in storage. Original ship date of 9/3, current ship date is 9/30. Friend ordered the same build at the same time as me and his has regressed to D status.
preemptively start purchasing accessories that you "need" for it. The pile really grows and keeps growing each week it has not arrived and your bored thinking about it while looking around the internets. I haven't even made it to the lift and tires yet.
