I dont think its a bad idea, I just wanted to stay away from batteries inside my vehicle and Im guessing the amount of batteries you are talking about would be close to equal in cost (could be totally wrong). I just see the advantage of the Genesis on a bigger level.

They dont need to sell more, they need to go back and fix the issues they are plagued with right now. You take care of your current clients, sales will increase. Ignoring the issues out there now and just selling more vehicles does nobody any good at all...
Look at the pics above (kgc)...looks almost identical. I didn't take off the hanger, simply cut behind the small resonator. Just watch what and where you are cutting...Depending on length of blade you need to be careful you dont go into anything else

I think plenty have answered but I will say (from my JK days) be careful hanging them from the horizontal cross-member of the door. I have and many others have run into issues with the hanger permanently deforming the seal on the door, leading to dripping when the door is on. I cant say this...
