Pic here is 2.5 inch sky jacker spacer vs a 3.5 inch MetalCloak - both on 35x12.5x17 tires. When I considered 3.5 inch lift I had to think about drive shaft changes too.
Yes I noticed a difference. Mostly in ride quality being better. I now run 37x12.5x18 tires.
Wow - my comment about using the credit card company dispute process to resolve a dispute really led to claims of fraud, dishonesty, questionable ethics... I never expected that.
My intent was to offer the OP an option that was not yet mentioned. Based on the OP's post It seemed there was...
Man - I'm sorry - that stinks. Happens more on rainy days makes me think it's somewhere in wiring/connections and maybe not the unit itself. Wish I had more to give you than just wishing good luck on getting it figured out and resolved.

At my Dad's funeral I spoke about the impact road trips had on me. So many that I should probably write a book about them. From the time my little brother had appendicitis at Fort Leonard Wood and they threw him and my mom on a Blackhawk to a hospital in Jefferson City - my Dad put me and big...
