  5. Texas AMP Bed Step - Broken in 4 months

I will never buy AMP products again. Had AMP research steps in my JKU and went through three motors. Poor design all around. Upgraded to RSE steps in JT, hoping they will hold up. Sorry for your trouble, try contacting AMP. They are good with warranty part replacement.
  6. North Dakota Fox 2.0 shocks for 0-2” lift, used for 250 miles

These are better than rubicon's Fox shocks! They work well with spacers as well. Fronts are almost 2 inches longer than stock and rear ones are 1.25 inch longer. I have the specs if you need me to post! GLWS!

  13. Gearing with 35's

Auto - 4.88.. These would work for 37s eventually also. I will be regearing mine soon and currently running 35s. Based on my calculation, with 4.88 gears, 8th gear in auto is going to be equivalent to 7th gear with 4.1. Which translates to roughly 3000 RPM at 80 mph.
  14. JL shocks on a JT

Just searched the JL forum, and found the info. Was just curious, there is a set of Falcon 3.3 adjustable for sale locally at a good price for JL. Was just wondering if they worked.
  15. JL shocks on a JT

Has anyone tried to rear shocks? I know fronts are identical.. Rears are little different.
  16. Jeep destroyed by flat tow in 4Lo

Crazy post. Listen, we all make mistakes. This is an to a 30k job, instead, buy a used/almost new motor from rubitrux and problem solved. This can be fixed under 10k. What I can't get over is the fact that this guys didn't notice resistance and tire screeching from the jeep? In 4 low, in gear...

It may be cheaper just to buy a hardtop unpainted and have the body shop paint it. BAM has unpainted top listed for 1600.
