  3. Do you carry medical when wheeling?

I have to respectfully disagree with your ending premise. I think ANY amount of training is better than none. Now, I’m not talking about binging YouTube videos or staying at a Holiday Inn Express . I mean legit training from a professional or agency. This does a couple things, it gives the...
  4. Do you carry medical when wheeling?

Keep in mind, “Stop the bleed” training, while very worthwhile only represents a small segment of the probable injuries or illness on the trail. More likely issues are, crush, fractures, burns, heat & cold, and illness’s (allergies, N&V, cardiac) That’s why some general first aid training is...
  5. Do you carry medical when wheeling?

Great that you brought this up. Absolutely first aid supplies should be carried, as to what and how much has to do with how far off the beaten path you’ll be. I agree that some of these off the shelf kits are better than nothing. You really should modify it for your needs, antihistamines, pain...
  6. Gaia (or ?) maps for street?

It does route street directions, but doesn't list steps or voice nav. I've use Gaia since it was launched, and it's awesome. But for simple street routing I use Google maps, just quicker and more intuitive.
  7. Arcus bumper install

Go job on the install. Seems like the hooks like that may get knocked around pretty good off road.
  8. Rugged Ridge Arcus Bumper

Yes, getting them and the harness out of the old bump was a PITA. There’s like 2000 stupid plastic pins!
  9. Rugged Ridge Arcus Bumper

Thanks! Bolted right up, no issues.
  10. Rugged Ridge Arcus Bumper

... here you go. tight fit, but no mod to the grill. It's been a while, but the only "mod" was a couple washers between the skin of the bumper and the winch plate, just to give a little more clearance of the winch to the bumper. Fits well (and looks good!)
  11. Rugged Ridge Arcus Bumper

Yes. I have an Evo 10 in mine, and the frames are the same.

  13. DRL Factory nonLed Bulbs

  14. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

I wanted to update my review. After the prompt response from Oracle, they were kind enough to send an additional PNP harness, at no charge. This “fixed“ the issue of the compatibility issue with the halogen light group. Adding a PNP harness to the right side,in addition to the original left...
  15. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

Thanks for the response, PM sent (again)
  16. Visor Problem - Solution

I'm constantly amazed by the amount of awesome information available on this forum! I didn't know this was a "thing". My driverside broke couple months ago, fixed under warranty. I was thinking the design is pretty weak, and I guess I was right. Still seems ridiculous, for what these things...
  17. Auxiliary LED Reverse Lights (Integrated Rear Bumper)

Ok, I’m finally getting to a review of these lights. Had them almost two years, and was part of the group buy. The light when they work, they work great…. “when they work” ! They are not dependable, simple as that. If you own a non-led (halogen) JT…. don’t bother buying them! My biggest gripe...
  18. thrumming vibration

I'm with you! I've given up, if I don't think about it... it isn't there ;-) Otherwise, the jeep's been great 32K on it. If it does prove to be "something" , I hope it does it before the warranty wears out!
  19. Front Sway bar noise

Hey, I'm new to auto disconnecting sway bars. Mine seems to work just fine, dis/connects quickly, but I notice a slight clunk/rattle while disconnected. Is this normal? Sorry if it's been answered, couldn't find anything in a search. Got a stock 21 JTR. Thanks!
