Don't know if it's just me , but I'm noticing several accessory parts I've been watching over the last few months of shopping are going up... a lot! Rugged Ridge, Teraflex, others.
So, I get some increase to keep up with rising costs, But 25% ! Seem's to me there just floating these prices out...
Certainly could be shocks bottoming, or bump stops, but I put a similar spacer in a few months ago with no issues. Stock shocks and bump stops. I think possibly something may have loosened or you werenāt able to fully torque the control arms , and theyāre moving a bit.
Well, thanks for the info. Iāve been traveling so haven had a chance to āattempt ā an install. I think Iām going to save some time and just return the whole lot. Not worth the aggravation !
Too bad seemed like a good idea⦠on paper.
The way I look at is, stuff that is likely to get hit āa lot ā like, rockers, diffs, bumpers , steel is better. But in the case of an oil pan/ trans skid , I see as a little extra insurance. This thing is very stout, especially when all bolted up to the cross members, and the weight savings is...
Gaia is the way to go! Iāve been using it for a couple years, excellent! And now that Iāve got my JT with carplay, youāve got a GPS tablet built right into the dash... awesome!
Just got the Asfir oil pan skid installed, it went perfectly !

Anyway, assuming the OP is authorized...
I use my POV, for call response. Iām a Paramedic in NH.
Iāve been using these guyās for a very long time. Canāt beat the price and quality, and customer support. Itās a smallish company so you get great support if you need it. used a 6 led bar mounted behind the grill, and a mini 4 led...
Well, after lots of debate (with myself). I decided to just go with a 1.5ā level kit . Went with Alloy kit, same as the Daystar. Very simple to install, took about 2.5 hrs, and no skinned knuckles. It did exactly what I want for now, just to take the deep rake out of the stance of the truck...
