That must be extremely difficult to deal with. I’m sure like anything, they have to follow a process before getting Chrysler involved but having to deal with that sucks.
This (like others) is a dangerous thread. I’ve put off spending much on my Gladiator because I don’t keep vehicles very long and I wasn’t really enjoying it either. A major disappointment was the road noise from the mud terrains that came on my Rubicon. 90 db at 75 is just too loud for a DD. I...
I just hung up with my dealer and asked twice, and it was verified twice, they didn't have to be in stock at the dealership. They could order them in.
My dealer also changed my oil and rotated my tires in less than an hour. Hopefully mount and balance won't be much longer.
This is more of what I did for my Gladiator. Zogg Associates door hangers. I’ve still got to mount a tab further up the wall to hold the freedom panels.
Press the one you want to use and then use the Set, CANC, RES buttons as you normally would. The buttons over and under the ACC button determine your following distance:
I came from owning Nissan vehicles with ACC to Dodge family vehicles and let me just say Dodge has done a much better job with theirs IMO. I liked ACC better in my Challenger Scat Pack but that's just b/c the engine had more oomph.
1. With the Jeep - If your vehicle is equipped with ACC...
My Rubicon is in that number! I actually got 16.3 MPG (hand calculated with Fuelly) on my last fuel up which was 90% on HWY. I was mostly doing 70 - 75 mph. If I attempt to maintain 80 (which is easy to do if you want to keep up with the flow in GA), it goes way down. I think my last fuel up...
I'm with @MrZappo, the 4.10s are barely enough for my stock Rubicon with 33" tires IMO. I'm looking at the same decision of tire size, mainly because I'd definitely want larger tires with a lift, and it seems 37s go hand in hand with a 2.5" lift. I'm sure it's 'okay' with the 4.10s but mine...
I have a Rubicon. I've heard mixed reviews on 37" tires and stock 4.10 gearing. My interstate travel has increased lately (5k miles on this truck in less than 3 months of ownership compared to I used to only drive about 10k miles a year) and I'd like to be able to use 8th gear. I'd expect at...
Thanks for this thread, helped me decide (if I do a lift) which way I'm going. I think EVO make a great product but I think you really need a 37" tire with that lift and I only wanted to go 35" because I don't want to re-gear.
?
Do you have any close up photos of the straps attached to the Gladiator hardtop? Can't say the idea of the straps riding against my painted hardtop is ideal, especially given the price. It appears it could be less of an issue for the Gladiator hardtop but it's hard to tell.
I see there's a...
Turns out this was a lie. I used the 10% discount for the Mopar Accessories website to order the part. The dealership I was having it shipped to (to avoid shipping costs) cancelled the order 2 days later saying it was backordered with no ETA.
Now I have some Hothead Headliners on the way.
The bed of a truck is rather light compared to the rest of the vehicle and in my experience (which living in the south is admittedly not much) you can get into trouble with only 2WD quickly on a slick road and have the rear end slide out unexpectedly. If snow is sticking to the road surface, I...
