  1. I'm New here and need a little help on my Battery.

in my personal experience, a failing aux battery absolutely took out my main battery and disabled my JT. YMMV, but that has been my experience, and I’m happy a year later with no AUX battery to cause me issues while I’m far from civilization.
  2. What is your dream Gladiator add-on?

This, but I'm also good with a 392. Good to be flexible.
  3. WeBoost or HiBoost antenna mounting without a roof rack

That makes perfect sense, just curious what people are seeing. I rely on my Zoleo for text / SOS when off road. Someday I’ll pony up for starlink
  4. WeBoost or HiBoost antenna mounting without a roof rack

Very cool! How much benefit do you see from the WeBoost?
  5. Harbor freight 25% coupon…how often?

I received a 30% off coupon but it was for just 2 days last weekend. Black Friday advice earlier in this thread is spot on. Those deals are coming soon I'm sure multiple times before the actual Black Friday.
  6. "Do I REALLY need to re-gear for 37s?" - Yes. Yes you do.

I 100% agree - have 5.13s on my JT with 37s and it drives great
  7. Where is the Telematics box on a 2023 Rubicon?

If you are looking to disable the sending of your data to Stelantis, there was a great thread last week on that topic. In the middle of that thread it had a link to instructions on how to pull the data modem out of the head unit, FWIW.
  8. October Moab Trip

Oct 17th - 22! Hitch slide advice and much of the other advice in this thread is spot on as well. Gladiators will drag unless you have 40s. Wranglers fair better.
  9. October Moab Trip

Lots of great dispersed camping in the area. Use an app like OnX to find and plan your camping and trails so you don't have to just stick to campgrounds. These apps also will rate the trails, some of which in Moab can be difficult/dangerous. If you are camping in Canyonlands (White Rim), you'll...
  10. Jeep still at dealership after check engine light

Glad they got it fixed, thanks for posting the service details. Crazy that the new valve cover had a different PCV valve connection.
  11. Hurricane six?

Absolutely nailed it! Also, from my understanding (and this could be wrong) the Hurricane 6 block, being a straight 6, is too long to fit in the Jeep as it currently sits.
  12. What in this Jeep is spying on us?

Very helpful reply. Truly impressive and somewhat disappointing the level of blissful ignorance shown by some of the derogatory replies here. The OPs question is legit - he has concerns many share. Just because some may not have the same concerns doesn’t make the OPs concerns less valid. Thanks...
  13. Anyone measure a KO3 yet? My Wildpeaks are undersized!

We have both a gladiator and bronco. I have KO2 on the gladiator and still the factory goodyears on the bronco. I can tell you the goodyears are really loud on the road the KO2s are super quiet. You might want to consider this your decision for what it’s worth. I would assume the KO3s are...
  14. Electrical Issues - HELP!!

Yeah it’s not super clear he did, and doesn’t sound like he did it correctly. Good deal - wasn't clear you replaced the main battery. As others suggested, I'd double check everything and make sure you removed the right ground wire. Electrical issues are tricky but with a multimeter and...
  15. Electrical Issues - HELP!!

Bypass the Aux battery and replace the main battery. 99% that will fix it. Lots of instructions out there on how to do this.
  16. Is it just me, or is the cruise control horrible?

I love the adaptable cruise control on my JT - much better than on my Fords. I haven't had any issues like these. Seems like to me it needs to be looked at. Mine only loses speed from set point if I'm going up a big hill, but thats due to the puny 3.6. Otherwise, its gold. (2020 Gladiator)
  17. Best lift for 37" tires AND towing / overlanding

I have the Evo 2.5 kit with the King Shocks - full rack, RTT, and even with a full load out it rides well. When not loaded, rides great. As others have said, you’ll want to regear for 37s, I have 5.13s as well. Great combo. Break out the benjis, but you’ll love it. You’ll want some steps too. šŸ˜‰
  18. Tri-Fold or "locking" bed covers.

I’ve had 2 of the backflip covers and still do on another truck, pretty trivial to open honestly if you know how they work. To validate I just went out to one of my other trucks with a backflip and it took 30 seconds for me to open it, including the time to undo the wire hanger
  19. Tri-Fold or "locking" bed covers.

As you probably know since lock was in quotes above, they don't truly lock. I have the Roll-n-lock which does lock and works awesome. Love it.
  20. Tri-Fold or "locking" bed covers.

Couldn't you just slip a coat hanger under there and pull the release wire?
