Dang, every single day is sold out. I wonder if that's usually the case? Will there be more later in the year? I also signed up for a waiting list, but not too optimistic.
Yeah, sorry about that. Edited. Hopefully yours comes in time. Would love to see some folks from the forum. Seems like there are a few in the state posting here.
A Jeep buddy and I are aiming for May 1st, but may be able to schedule it if some forum members want to do a different day. https://jeepadventureacademy.com/trip-location-map/
I own a small pet supply shop specializing in high end dog and cat food and in the past 2 years almost everything has had at least one price increase. But as of March EVERYTHING went up across brands, whether it had been 3 years or 3 months since they went up last. Every toy, every molded...
Well, I have a winch now and decided to go about learning how to operate it. I cannot find a single YouTube video that shows how to actually use a winch! Plenty of installation videos, brand comparisons and so forth, but very little out there on how to properly and safely operate a winch. If...
I have a set of KC hilites that are so bright I can't use them on the road without getting flashed, and they're pointed down. Of course, I get the odd flash from running the OEM LEDs without them, but will just say, they are bright.
There's an Overland on that page I don't hate, but not up my alley for the most part. But these are somebody's dream Jeep for sure. Just don't seem to be for many of us here based on responses.
It does. I expected it to reuse the factory light, but they have one already installed in there. I had so badly wanted a Mopar bumper, but I wouldn't swap for those now. Metalcloaks are really well-made and the the rear rockers are a perfect fit.
Thanks! I love this truck like a joke about a country song. Signing up for the Jeep adventure academy in Uwharrie if schedule allows and doesn't interfere with turkey season.
After a year of ownership, finally got rid of the plastic bumpers and replaced them with Metalcloak steel. And got a winch. And rear quarter rockers. And some KC LEDs. I might get some outboard air but this Jeep now has almost everything on my initial wish list. And even my 6 months into owning...
Bumpers are great, and Metalcloak's customer service was even better. One panel of the rear arrived scratched and they overnighted a new one so my shop could finish the job. Can't say enough good things about this company!
After almost a year of hoping to find Mopar take offs, I finally got steel bumpers. Went with Metalcloak since I liked the looks and they're American made, unlike the OEM ones. And KC LED highlites and a winch. It's POURING rain as I type this so I pulled into the car wash to take some first...
Sounds like it is. It's tough pinpointing noises, but this one drives me batty. It's pretty darn loud, and completely unrepeatable. But only happens in wet weather, and then only sometimes. Were you able to fix yours?
