These off-road EV's are cool and all, but unless it's a PHEV like the 4xe, it's kind of pointless except for the town crowd. You're not going to do any significant off-roading due to horrendous range, and the possibility of being stranded.
The radio head unit is very, very different from the ECU. But I think you're getting somewhere. You're likely better off just abandoning the thread and calling aftermarket vendors you think have a handle on the space and getting their input.
I think it fairly clear you don't like and won't...
Just a followup as a FYI, the module is under the center console.
As for the fix, it was a connector that had wiggled loose due to my overzealous moving of the seats when installing my armorlite flooring.
That's what I thought as well, but the dealer told me this morning its a connector under the seat or by the b pillar, and from what I can find online, it appears that is correct.
I'm not concerned with having the dealer do it. If it was the airbag, sure, but this is just a connector that is somewhere under the seat, or near the b pillar. It's likely a connector that needs replaced, or that came loose from when I had the seats unbolted and floor pulled up. In any case, my...
Hi all, I recently had the service airbag system light pop up. Took it to the dealer and they said the issue is with the Squib 3 connector on the driver's side. I can't seem to find which connector this is on any online diagrams. Does anyone happen to know? I'd really like to know exactly where...
Just wanted to followup to this post to say that I purchased the backup light control harness from turbomc about a week ago off of ebay. The installation this morning took all of 10 minutes, and the instructions that came with the harness were crystal clear. The harness works just as expected...
What kind of plug kit were you using? Just wondering as I didn't see it stated. If it's a cheap kit, invest in a quality kit and you likely won't have the issue of breaking tools. They make bottle jacks with extensions to lift vehicles with larger tires, or as those have stated above, find a...
Is that consistent? I recently did a trip up to the Little Rock area from San Antonio, wind was awful going up and I averaged about 11mpg. Coming home there really wasn't any wind and I was averaging 16. I'm on 37's with 5.13's also. I've definitely noticed that wind plays a massive factor on my...
I have them in 37's and I love them. They've performed excellent with everything I've thrown at them, and they're very quiet. I've done two +1,000 mile trips with them and haven't been driven mad by the typical MT drone. I honestly hear more wind noise from the light bar than I do the tires. I...
What year is it? If you have a 2020, look to see if you have the aluminum steering box. If you do, go to your dealer and complain about the loose steering, pulling to the right at highway speeds, play in the steering wheel. They should be able to replace it with the steel one.
Hi all, anyone in the New Braunfels area planning to make a trip out to Hidden Falls before the new year? Looking for a group that wouldn't mind adding one more. If anyone is open to letting me join, let me know! Thanks!
4 tire indeflate, and ARB twin. Huge time saver, and when they say you can get all 4 to the same psi at the same time, they mean it. It really makes the process a breeze, and is definitely worth the money.
Are you planning to install them for recovery points to replace the hooks? I don't believe those are recovery rated. You might want to contact them to confirm, but they appear to be for tow only.
