You can remove topography from your layer selection (right...?). But I know it can chew up some memory space depending on how far you go. I save small areas at a time and it isn’t too bad, but if you shoot for ultra detail with a lot of layers and a lot of space... yeah. I read of some guys that...

EXACTLY. Gives me more push in finding a 8.4 UConnect to replace my 7.0. Been riding around for a few days with it, and it’s working great. No if only Jeep would make Apple CarPlay full screen! :angry:

Not yet. I had brought in the Jeep for some other outstanding issues a couple months back and forgot to bring it up. I'm due for an oil change soon (I'm at about 5800 miles) and and this is one of the items on my list when I bring it up there. Taking the Jeep on a trip this weekend, so...

Do you mean 7.0" or 8.4" screen? Mine is the 7.0" and I get the same problem. Looks like a momentary loss of video signal that lasts about a blink of an eye. Happens every time I get in the Jeep and multiple times throughout each trip. Just as you, no loss of audio, it is only affecting the...
