I checked a (long distance, unseen) trade in value with Travis as well as 2 local dealerships. He was exactly the same as one, and $1000 better than the other. I sold my truck outright, so it wont end up effecting my deal regardless. But his numbers were right in line or better than the others...
It appears I have finally moved to D1 (this is my 2nd time to D1) so Im hoping this time I actually make more progress. In the meantime we're really enjoying seeing other SG's getting delivered! They look fantastic!
FWIW we had XDs on our last truck for over 5 years. The wheels were black w/ machined finish. The truck stayed outside 24/7. When we sold the truck those wheels still looked EXCELLENT. We couldn't have been happier with their quality.
If you're going to take a road trip and wish you had purchased ACC....then dont settle. If you plan to keep this truck for a long time~ DONT settle. If you dont want black but you do want the extra features I agree with everyone who says hunt down the exact combination you want. This is an...
Im having the same issue (D-D1-D again). I didnt get dual top, but did do body color top. I did remote start and adaptive cruise as well. No steel bumper. I was guessing it was the body color top but now your story has me thinking its probably something else. We'll never know the answer...
Lucky you! I was in D, then D1, then have been returned to D where I currently still sit. As bad as it is, I think its made far worse by the fact that it was D1 for a period of time and then went backwards! Those of you who get your trucks need to post lots of pictures for those of us stuck in...
Can you elaborate on the seat tilt kit? Specifically which one? How difficult was it to install? Does it lift the whole seat (reduce head space above) or just tilt the seat to provide more support under the drivers legs?
We live in Chatt too! Maybe we'll see you around someday....(waiting on a StingGray). Congrats on your JT and looking forward to watching your build. We'll be building ours for overloading as well.
Ordered from Travis. Having wheels shipped and put on by Travis. He’s been great to communicate and also has ordered a Ram truck for a client of mine. So he is a very busy guy indeed. If you don’t hear from him I would recommend reaching out again as I have never been any length of time without...
My guess is that some JT farther up the line was missing something so they came and took it out of our piles? lol. I have no idea. I have a pretty long list of "stuff" so it could be anything. I am painted top and fenders, front cam, aux switches, forced bed liner and an assortment of other...
I like this idea a lot. Might not be useful with the rear seats in their normal position, but with them folded forward or with a rear seat delete it would be perfect.
Can anyone confirm if the 315/70R17 can be mounted on the factory spare rim? What about the 35/12.50? I would love to not have to buy an additional rim to go under the truck.
I have done a cross country haul where both tires on one side of the trailer were blown due to hitting unseen road debris. We had one spare but two flats. From that day forward....on any trip that covers considerable distance or is in a remote area ~ 2 spares!
I agree with wanting a front panel. Would also love something that went around wheel well area. Very interested in an interior option too as I plan a rear seat delete. Please add me to your list!
