Update: I put that second coat on it and basically forgot about it. Truck was looking extra dirty and I washed it and it still had all the water repelling properties. I dunno whatever I did this last time seemed to make some difference.

Took a ride at an offroad park a while back was dusty as heck. I'm not looking for some showroom quality clean just make it look decent. What's the best way to go about it? Tire foam and a hand towel?
