I out in some new LED fog lights. The are turn yellow turn signal, DRL, and fog lights. I also put on the DV8 front and rear fenders. I also finally got around to washing it too.
I had the same concern but of course, it was right after I drilled all the holes and past the point of no return. I tried to round off the corners as much as possible but still thinking of ways to soften the blow when I ultimately hit it as well.
I typically take the to off by myself and was thinking of a better way to save both my back and the top. Previously I had d-ring and straps I would maneuver the top under then lift it up.
I bought a 10 ft section of superstrut from Home Depot and had the trolleys for another project. The...
I have had from day one 285/75/17 Yokohama Geolander M/T. I get about 16-17 mpg in town and 18-20 on the highway. I have the 3.73 gears. I think the big question for your question is what you plan to do with it later. Are you going to add larger tires? Are 4.10s going to be the final gear ratio...
The tires will fit a stock Gladiator. I have had 285/75/17 from the day I drove off the lot which is slightly taller than the 285/70/17. The below site is a good one I use to see the difference in tires.

Yes, JK wheels will fit on a Gladiator. Also, just use your factory lug nuts and you are good to go. I had mine switched over at the dealership when I bought it and have had zero problems.
I have only driven about 20-30 minutes since I put it in but I have gotten up to highway speeds (65 mph). It does deaden the external sounds. Especially from below as expected. I have an aftermarket exhaust and it has dampened or dulled that sound. I think adding it to the back wall will do even...
I was unable to post the audio files before but I ordered the Thrush 24214 and as you can see from the pictures above removed the resonators. The first file is after all was complete. It is in the garage with the driver's door open.
Also, just because I finally figured out how to upload the...
I bought a muffler and an extension pipe from Amazon and then used the stock pipe. At cruise it is slightly louder but noticeable on acceleration. I don't find it too loud. I welded it myself so I think I was maybe $50 in materials.
I have towed my trailer quite a bit and don't have any problems. It is only about 3000# though so a bit lighter than what you're looking at. Because mine is lighter I don't worry about payload as it all goes in the trailer. Even with mine being lighter I highly recommend electric or any form of...
I do not have any rubbing but since that time I have change the suspension. I now have rubicon take off springs and shocks. I also added 1.5" spacer in the front and 3/4" in the rear. I chopped the front fenders too. So a lot has been changed since that picture.
