Here’s what I looked like when I had the 1.5” spacers plus Rubi shocks (adds another .5”) up front and none in the back. These are 33” tires. Could you mount 35s in there? Probably. Would you regret it? That depends on the individual, but it’ll definitely hobble your Jeep.
Put another way, these spacers are designed to help you go one size up from where you are. On a Willy’s, that’s 33s. On a Rubicon of Mojave, that’s 35s.
If you add spacers in both the front and back, you’ll probably still have rake. So I recommend doing the front first and checking the level before doing the back.
Also, you won’t get 2.5” out of a 1.5” spacer. I just took this photo from my own Teraflex 1.5” spacers which I removed when I...
If you’re not changing tires then what you’ve picked is fine. I’d add the 1.5” up front first and check the level before adding the .75” in the back. Every truck has different options so every truck reacts just a bit differently to adding height. If you plan to add more weight to the front...
For what it’s worth, I temporarily had Rubi front springs and the exact same Teraflex 1.5” spacer up front on my Sport S with 33s. It’s was a fine fit. 35s would have been over-stuffed.
If you’re also think of changing out for high clearance fenders when you eventually move to 35s, then the...
I recommend finding examples of other vehicles that have done this, first. Specifically non-Rubicons or non-Mojaves. Stuffing 35s with this setup would be a VERY tight fit.
I think @Green_Gladiator had a Mojave so he’s got taller springs and higher fenders. That setup would 100% work for him...
Just the 20 JT plus a 94 XJ that came with my wife when I married her. We sold the XJ when we had kids, though. She needed more reliable transportation and we aren’t a three car family.
