How hard was that to install? I had one on my JKU (that my wife didn't end up using) and it was a PITA to install. Very well could have been an ID Ten T error on my part though. Looking for something for my new Mojave. She has already said it is tougher to get into and I'm planning on bigger...
Contacted Jeep through the Chat. My Mojave is on it's way to the dealer :) It is going under 200 miles to the dealer. Hopefully they received the Toyo A/TIIIs I ordered so I can pick it up from the dealer with 35s already on it.
I had a Day 1 reservation for a 2 Door too but ended up canceling it a while back. I was hoping to get something like the Black Diamond and add options I wanted. The problem was some of the options I wanted weren't available on the BD and were part of the Lux pkg. I think I needed to go up a...
I'm 6'4" and don't have that problem in my '16 JKU. I sit rather upright and my seat isn't all the way back. Out of curiosity I pushed the seat back and could definitely sense something back there. Took a "selfie" and see that my head would definitely hit the bar if the seat was back further. I...
If Gobi or Gator come out in the near future I'll be sad. I placed my order on 7/7 for Hydro Blue, which is what I have on my '16 JKU that's going to be sold, but would have given a lot of consideration to Gobi or Gator. I was thinking about changing up the color but nothing else spoke to me.
Might be good for blowing up beach toys and charging your phone. After watching a couple tests that TFL guys did with compact compressors, I don't think I'd trust anything compact for tires. The fastest compact ones were taking 10 minutes or more per tire to air back up.
This is on my shopping...
Ordered a Mojave on 7/7 and figured with the latest chip shortage issues / shut down that I'd be waiting a long time. I reached out to my dealer and they said the status just updated and it is estimated to hit shipping status on the 17th. Keeping my fingers crossed, but not holding my breath.
Pretty sure the Mojave Gladiators sold in 2020 were MY '20 but I could be wrong. I would fully anticipate the Mojave to continue into the future. There were rumors that it would even make it to the JLs. For a while I was thinking of holding out to see if came to the JL but I got tired of waiting...
I had a DIY garage ceiling hoist I installed at my last house for my JKU that worked well. New house and new Mojave (on the way) and not sure if I'll get anything fancy. If I do I'm leaning towards the J-Barr hoist.
The back window looked like it was folding awkwardly. Not sure if that happens every time or that video was a one off. It's not for me but I'm sure it could fill a need for others. The Bestop (and now Mopar) Sunrider for Hardtop is still my favorite configuration.
Thanks for posting this. I ordered my Mojave a couple weeks ago and talked to the dealer about 35s and found out this morning that their used car department will buy the stock Falkens and the dealer will put these on when it comes in. Fitting on the stock wheels, Cs and weight are boxes these...
Personally, I'm underwhelmed by the range of the 4xe Wrangler. I love the idea of a PHEV but if it doesn't fit my needs I'm going to stick with an ICE. I'm hoping they do come out with one in the near future and that the 2nd generation 4xe Jeeps will align better with what I'm looking for.
I had asked some questions about the Mojave before I ordered mine. It really boils down to how you're going to use it. If you're going to do serious rock crawling, the Rubicon is the way to go. If not, go with the Mojave. One guy in AZ said there a desert run he did in his Rubi that bounced him...
