Just added 37" Milestar Patagonias. I am now getting 15mpg-16.5 mpg between city and highway. I have not re-geared from 4.10s. Flashed with Tazer mini and set my tire size to 36.25". Speedometer matches my GPS exactly.

I have the same tire and when I measured my 37" Patagonia's weighed down they were exactly 36". Spare tire fits underneath as well. I have my Milestar's on 17" Venomrex 501s.
