Thanks! Any thoughts on Docs Diesel oil filter?
  4. You're still not 100% Happy, and I get it.

Jeeps are made to jeep. We bought ours specifically to introduce our kids to more outdoor experiences in a world where things become more digital by the day. Our friends think we are crazy for paying good money for a beautiful jeep to take off road and on adventures. But I’ve never been adverse...
  5. The Origin of “Ducking”

Im starting a club called ā€œ0 Ducks Givenā€.
  6. Question on upcoming used Gladiator purchase (paint bubble)

The 2021 should still have the 5 year corrosion warranty intact. I just picked up a 2021 and I am getting the hood replaced under warranty due to minor bubbling along the edge. This doesn’t fix potential longer term issues but gives you a little runway for peace of mind.
  7. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

After some careful car Tetris we got the gladiator and the other vehicles under one roof.
  8. October Moab Trip

We love Moab so much! Bring ample tools! Pack extra food and water. Download trail maps before you leave an area with cell service. If rain is in the forecast avoid low lying trails as they will flood fast. Finns and things is a good trail to start on as it has bypasses at I think every...
  9. To buy now or wait until end of the year

16,000$ off and asking for more is pure comedy. Go get em! But really, I’d imagine you’re at the discount limit.
  10. Lets see all those Gladiators with lifts and bigger tires!

    Mopar 2ā€ lift with 37ā€ K02s.
  11. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Just picked it up yesterday so today it got a nice detail.
  12. Purchasing a Diesel Gladiator - what to look for

With the 37s I was thinking upper teens max. Low 20 mpgs is just a cherry on top! I guess historically the dash vs hand calculating usually gave me results with the dash over reporting MPGs. However, I will absolutely not argue with it!
  13. Purchasing a Diesel Gladiator - what to look for

The springs definitely have the cupped bump stop extension! Thanks for the heads up! And yes she surely will let me drive (occasionally šŸ˜‚). I have a very tolerant better half. The only reason we got this is because my other car became ā€œtoo racecarā€ to work for us in a practical sense and I...
  14. Purchasing a Diesel Gladiator - what to look for

Good eye! That’s exactly what it is!
  15. Purchasing a Diesel Gladiator - what to look for

Good to know, thank you for sharing!
  16. Purchasing a Diesel Gladiator - what to look for

Sweet! I was trying to figure out if and what lift it may have. I don’t see any signs of obvious branding on anything other than the shocks.
  17. Purchasing a Diesel Gladiator - what to look for

Well things checked out fairly nicely. Overall condition is good (I’m quite picky). Interior (saddle leather) I’d rate at a 9/10, one imperfection I believe I can remedy, one light stain I can steam out. Exterior has what I’d expect from a used Jeep with 36k on the odometer, a few rock chips, a...
  18. Purchasing a Diesel Gladiator - what to look for

Thanks for the offer! I’m looking for a pretty specific setup, but good luck selling yours!
  19. Purchasing a Diesel Gladiator - what to look for

Thanks for the input! Luckily I have close family members that manage the service center at a Jeep dealer so I should be in good hands regarding any future work that’s outside my abilities. Always a bit nerve racking buying a used vehicle. Heading out in a few hours to check the rig out, so...
