Consequently, in my search I have found this lone connector not hooked up to anything. Anybody know what it is or if it should be hooked up to anything?
I bought my 2020 in March '20. I put a Tazer in roughly May '20.
I know I was able to find the SGW module then to unhook the cables and plug it into the Tazer because I installed it. I've been to the dealership a number of times for oil changes and a couple warranty issues (sun visor, rear...
That's a fair point.
The problem I had was that 2 groups owned all the dealers within 4 hours and they both sucked. Techs, service advisers, etc. would just float back and forth between the 2 dealers closest by so it was always the same d-bags you were dealing with no matter where you went...
I get that but the problem is for many of us the dealership is the face of Jeep. And when you have nothing but headaches and hardships dealing with them the Jeep brand suffers. I get the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics, but that is why we have warranties to protect our major investment for at least...
That's not entirely true. It extends the bumper-to-bumper from 3/36,000 to 8/60,000. After 3 years though you pay a $100 deductible for each claim and you have access to a rental.
My rear window leaked. Jeep did cover it but sent it to a glass shop to have it repaired. Afterwards the window still leaked. Took it back to the dealer and was told it's no longer covered by the warranty because a 3rd party did the repair work.
Jeep sucks at honoring warranties and work they...

They are great on the highway and are just as good in off-road situations I have driven them on in the suburban. Most notably a pretty hairy loose gravel steep (10%? Or greater) grade that i...
You are very fortunate indeed. My frustrations with the dealership i had to deal with are littered throughout this forum. Granted it was probably just a local phenomenon but it is to the point that I will probably never buy a brand new Jeep or Chrysler product ever again. @JeepCares was useless...
I switched to using nothing but ethanol free gas. If I absolutely have to, I'll put in 92 octane with ethanol if it's the only thing available. I've noticed increases of 1-2 mpg in winter and 2-3 mpg in summer. Running 285/75 Yokohama G015s. I'm getting a little over 18 mpg in winter and 21 mpg...
Was trying to get ahold of customer service for something. Gone without a trace. Website scrubbed. Quadratec confirmed. Website no longer available. I paid a lot of money for this head unit.
Here's my contribuation for now. The pin to access higher functions is 126.
