If you owned a tire machine, liked changing tires and did it yourself I guess it might make some sense. But I am trying to understand why you would pay someone to mount tires on the stock rims, then pay them again to move them to different rims only a week later.

Yea I cover my boats too and it does get downright grungy if I dont. The covers do cause some damage to finishes, just in the case of boats its not that noticeable and most of the finishes are pretty durable. In the end the protection vs damage is worth covering. My fear is what the covers will...

I had an issue with my JL where it seemed like the TPMS was dead/not working. I had to drop the pressure down around 20 or so and then re-inflate to get it registering again.

If I recall correctly from those with similar issues on the JL side a loose ground wire was some times the culprit.

No, these that do tend to sit on top of the bed rails completely. Only the brackets go over the insides. I think there was another mentioned in this thread (Gator) that did not work and the frame or the latch mechanism hung over inside the bed.
