@JTzntz So I ended up having to re-coat them. Some of the internet pictures show they seem to develop some corrosion around the edges of the step plate. I reached out to the company and after the initial response I have never heard back from them. I even talked with a PPG Powder Coating expert...

Not confrontational, just curious... have there been any other additional factors that could cause the measurements to change.. An 1.25 inches of loss over a year is NUTS! Some of the strange things I have noticed over my 8.5K miles... It seems to bottom out less when it is VERY cold...

Just got the call from the dealership. They cannot locate the leak... They need it for a week to pull the cab. Unbelievable. Think I will get a second opinion from the dealer I ordered it through... Who knows what gremlins will appear when they have some rookie tech pull the body off. Anyway...

@rharr I am seeing in the same spots you mentioned... also all over the firewall heat shield... and it is running down to the upper control arm, and all over the joint.

@WXman This is the video from right after my visit to the dealership. Stock plastic bumper. Mine requires a bit more speed, between 20 and 25mph on speed humps... less on potholes

Can't help... I have the 1.5 leveling kit and left the bumps out, but I run 35's on the Rugged Ridge wheels, little bit different offset from the factory wheels. The Leveling kit without bumps helped with bottoming out though ;)

Mine was actually ordered with the plastic bumper. Bottoms out with plastic... Worse with the smittybuilt and winch. But as mentioned before the dealer had a hard time repliciating and could only "barely notice a problem" So I am not even sure if I am inline for getting the TSB or not. Sounds...

I have to agree with your sentiments. The dealership I ordered mine from is proving to be not helpful, and I don't know the roads around town well enough to show them the problem. I have spent some time driving around the town, but to no avail. I have talked to JeepCares/JeepWave a few times...

Earlier in the thread a member posed that they were not experiencing the issue, and that it was being blown out of proportion... We checked spring part numbers, and I have the same spring part numbers installed. Seems like the issue totally random... maybe a QC issue from the spring...
