Interesting. I had to replace my rear spring with Dobinson 3" lift extreme duty (800-1200lb) to get rid of the rear sag. But I was running the regular clayton 2.5" overland plus kit with Falcon 3.3. Full load out include alucab contour, 270 awning, rtt, bathroom awning, fridge and custom...
LOL. Have you not heard about "it's a jeep thing"? No one builds a better customer than Jeep. Jeep owners will continue to b*tch at Jeep and defend it all in the same breath.
Obviously I don't have an answer for this. But's what our other option? Throw our hands up or do what we can to mitigate the damage. Ultimately though, there will those that are left behind, just like now and always. So yes, utopia is just a fantasy. If you haven't seen it yet, watch 'Two...
I'm also taking in the current cost of a 4 year university currently. It's far from being affordable for most families. Most have to take a loan. Then you add that to post grad cost or med/dental etc. Couple all that with interest and that's overwhelmingly high.
A lot of those "menial" jobs have already been exported overseas and across the border. As the cost of labor increase, the trend will only continue. Now we have AI and automation/robotics to contend with. Those jobs will shrink even faster. This is just facts. There's already a fully...
That is kinda my perception, kinda. What I like to hope for are menial jobs get shipped overseas and Americans would concentrate it's labor force on skilled labor jobs. Of course, that goes back on education.
The two large problems with our college system are the exorbitant costs and the undergrad system in general. We should really move toward the European system as I understand it, which skips the 2-4 year of undergrad generalneducation and pre-requisites and go straight into the field that you...
Don't know what this "larger plan" is, or concept of a larger plan as it were. What is clear is that prices will go up. We been through this, corporations and manufacturers know exactly what to do. Reduce output and increase price equal higher profit. We've lived through this during the...
My fault for being unclear about "education". I meant in the general term as in being educated and/or trained in a practical skill that would net you a job. That could be a traditional education via a university that can lead toward an engineering degree, medicine, pharmaceutical etc, or trade...
I do see your point. I've been in your shoes; and sure a lot of us here have experience similar service. The thing is, there's no point to make. You are taking this personally, I get it. I do too. But they are not. Whoever this "he" you're referring to doesn't give a damn. It'll be...
Had to do the same thing a couple of weeks ago. Had to use a twist socket extractor with a breaker bar to get that sucker out. Not taking it back to the dealers. All my oil changes has been with dealer due to warranty concerns. I tried doing it myself the last round and found out the oil...
Any update on this? Mine is starting to do the same thing. Same situation as OP. Bypassed the aux battery when I replaced the main less than a year ago.
Just put on the hellwig a couple of weeks ago. Definitely drives better on road. I had a bad sway and roll due to weight, even worse when towing my light weight offroad trailer on the twisties. Will hit the trails this weekend and see if its worse on the trail.
