I'm a high school teacher in small-town Eastern Montana. All the students have an opinion and I get amused by all the comments. First of all, when someone gets a new vehicle in town, it's always front-page news. They have either been absolutely fascinated with it ("Hey, can I take your new...
48.3k (MSRP, no upcharge, no discounts) on August 28th. '21 (July 21 build) Mojave off the lot. Hydro Blue, Tow package, Aux Switch package, Satin black grill, Cold weather package, Sill guards.
Got mine off the lot a month ago and paid sticker. (48k) I was a little disappointed at the time (They wouldn't budge), but seeing how things are going now, not so much anymore. The dealer had a TON of JT's in stock, though, so that probably had something to do with it. I got more than I...
Exxon 87 because I have the Exxon rewards card which gives me money off pretty much every other fill-up. Oh, and it's the only name-brand gas in my little Eastern Montana town!
I was worried about it while researching. Now that I have my Jeep, I've noticed that it barely functions in the 6-speed. You have to completely release the clutch while stopped, and I rarely ever do that....basically while waiting for a train to go by or something like that.
I have wide-open spaces in my full-size truck; I don't want that in a Jeep. I like the cockpit feeling - everything right there within reach. That's what I think of when I think of a Jeep.
I had always wanted a Jeep, but to be thorough, I researched both extensively before deciding on the Gladiator. I walked by a parked Bronco Badlands, with its top down, the day after I picked up my Mojave. I was just simply not impressed. It looks so clunky in person. Not easy on the eyes at...
New to the club! Got mine off the lot last weekend, but I absolutely love the blue. Wasn't too sure about the black grille at first, but it's growing on me.
Funny...I was so happy when I found out that the wipers work the way they did. It's the same way as in the Nissan Titan I traded in. My wife's Grand Caravan has the wipers on the left and it drives me nuts!
I have found this to be true with other vehicles, too. I think the Gladiator may be just super sensitive to road angle. Driving in wind definitely sucks!
Anyway, my question to the group is... After what build date were the steel steering boxes put in as stock on the Mojaves? I would...
Just picked up my 21 Mojave this weekend. I'm in SE Montana, but I was able to find a Mojave 6-speed on the lot all the way down in Denver. Got to know her real well on the drive home. Couldn't be happier!
Just picked up my 21 Mojave this weekend. Drove 400 miles home and was extremely annoyed about the pull to the right. Steering wheel is also off about 2 degrees to the left when "straight." I was hoping that it was just an alignment issue, but it seems like that's not the case. Guess I will...
