Why would you ever try to compensate for 150 lbs +/- fuel that will always vary? Passenger and cargo weight does that.
I have a Clayton lift and I’ve never noticed it leaning. No disappointment.
Lack of limited slip additive usually produces a chattering/rubbing/grinding sound. I wouldn't describe it as squeaking. It sounds like you have a different issue.

I don't wheel my Gladiator. The doors didn't come off once this summer.
I have an F150 for my daily.
I've had the Gladiator 4.5 years and haven't thought about selling it. I like it for whatever reason.
I'd look for some factory takeoffs.
There are a few nutty people out there that remove the nice factory LED lights and replace them with less reliable aftermarket lights.
The symptoms I've felt from bad rear control arms bushings is it pulls one way when you're on the gas and pulls the opposite way when you let off the gas.
