I'm surprised by this.
You're running 37s on stock gears, and you're all in this for less than $3K USD?
No offense, but I guess you Jeep is mainly used on-road, and flat roads and no towing at that? Totally fine if so, but otherwise, I'm puzzled. I don't see how you're running a matching spare...
Control arms should be the same. Rubicon springs can be easily acquired from those who are installing lift kits - and for pretty cheap.
33" tires shouldn't be a problem, as that's what stock on the Rubicon.
In fact, what you're really wanting is the Rubicon suspension, but with different...
The base Rubicon (cloth) seats are identical to the Sport seats, with the exception of red trim and an embroidered "Rubicon".
Edit: also the molle bag holder on the back.
Why did they have to call their company that. Literally every time this comes up, the first thought I have is "Wait, the Finnish company that makes scissors and axes is making a car?!” And then I realizes its Fisker vs Fiskars
Does anybody have the Mopar/Thule bike rack (part #TCOES599)?
I very much like the looks of this unit, and I am curious if there is room on the Gladiator for three bikes side-by-side. Mainly thinking my (adult-sized) bike, and two kid-sized bikes. My gut feeling tells me "yes", but I'd hate to...
I just did this install today - before reading this thread. I came here to ask about the missing bolts. Glad to see I'm not the only one who didn't receive the bolts for the nutsert.
I guess they stopped including those at some point? Are they even necessary? Sounds like a PITA, and if the kit...
Agreed.
OP,
If you like ESS - which many don't - the best you can do is press the disable button when you know you'll be parking soon. Otherwise, what you're describing is a common problem - it too agressively shuts off, and common things like shifting into park are irritating.
So, I was driving my reliable Corolla, when I spotted a Jeep dealership with a wicked Jeep Gladiator on the lot. Unexpectedly I found myself compelled to pull into the dealer. Four hours later I found myself holding a pair of Jeep keys, and had signed over the title to my Corolla.
That'll do...
It was 50 degrees yesterday after work and I made use of the heated seats. They're amazing. Seriously, why would I bother being colder than I have to when - with the push of a button - I can be a LOT more confortable.
