The base Rubicon (cloth) seats are identical to the Sport seats, with the exception of red trim and an embroidered "Rubicon". Edit: also the molle bag holder on the back.

Agreed. OP, If you like ESS - which many don't - the best you can do is press the disable button when you know you'll be parking soon. Otherwise, what you're describing is a common problem - it too agressively shuts off, and common things like shifting into park are irritating.

It was 50 degrees yesterday after work and I made use of the heated seats. They're amazing. Seriously, why would I bother being colder than I have to when - with the push of a button - I can be a LOT more confortable.
