Well this experience was frustrating. Tried to 180 the mirror. I popped it off the ball, then when trying to reinstall, popped the whole arm off. It sucked. I now know all the tricks with that mirror, lol

Well, Extreme Terrain's shipping department really dropped the ball packaging 84lbs of side steps. Ugh. I guess I will see how badly bent that bracket really is, and then contact their CS. I will take a new pic of the bracket. Not thrilled at all.
