I keep forgetting to crack open those side steps for the carnage.
Ugh.

I bought the 4 fronts. 2 left, 2 right. Excited to whip them on.
I'm interested, but I don't think Central Control will allow it, lmao!
I'm going to see what she has in mind. Try to weasel my way out there. I can day trip it if worse comes to worst.
Yeah, I started to shave the stop off with a knife, but I only had 2 hours of daylight and needed to pop the hard top to install the rear Hothead liner. The mirror was supposed to be a quick "Let me try this out". I came into it half cocked for sure. I'll get back to it and take the stop out...
Hmmmm, i just tightened my top down, maybe a bit too much. I'll back them out before I drive tomorrow, lol.
Or just say F-it and hope the weight shift doesnt crack anything, lol
ARB diff covers came! The cat of course jumped right in, lmfao
Just need a 24 hour window of decent weather to pott the sensors and swap covers. These things are super nice!!
Well this experience was frustrating. Tried to 180 the mirror.
I popped it off the ball, then when trying to reinstall, popped the whole arm off. It sucked. I now know all the tricks with that mirror, lol
Thought I'd keep the volume up, in here.
Drove it, did some stuff.
Tried to 180 it. Horrible experience. My auto dim mirror has a keyway/stop only on one side. Cant "just spin it around" like I read about it.
Im very knowledgeable about our rearwview, trim, and the mounting plate now...
Well, Extreme Terrain's shipping department really dropped the ball packaging 84lbs of side steps. Ugh.
I guess I will see how badly bent that bracket really is, and then contact their CS. I will take a new pic of the bracket.
Not thrilled at all.
I got Lamix for the headlights, fogs, tails, turns.
Redline fluids! Front diff, rear diff, trans and transfer case.
QD contact cleaner, for when I pott my locker sensors. I already have the compound.
Rough Country rear LCA skids.
ARB diff covers should be here tomorrow.
Well, did the freedom panel sound assassin strips and hothead liners.
I'm going to have to figure out how I want to do the rear. Probably pull it.
First time I removed the freedom panels, lol.
Also, my Bakflip tonneau is watertight after some fine adjustment. Had crazy rain yesterday, both...
My experiences are with Mustangs, Edge, and Focus.
Its a truck thing that car guys dont get? Lmao
I can't remember anything about my XJ's, been too long. This is my first Jeep in 15 years. Could very well be the case.
I'm just happy Jeep is keeping manual trans alive. This was just a small...
Ford's estimations are spot on, I just was surprised by Jeep's math. Hence me doing the scientific approach and determing what is really going on, lmfao. This stuff has been on domestic vehicles for over a decade, never thought one of them would be this conservative.
Oh yeah, I sorted myself...
A 22 gallon tank, that the dash says only 17-ish gallons is useable. Thats my gripe. Being lied to in a flashy way.
Full tank of gas, 275 miles to empty? Yeah, thats some BS.
I dont need on board calculations to be super loose estimation. I want them to be reasonably accurate or just don't...
