Well, i snapped the PCV return vent fitting off. Had to drill out the plastic in the brass section, then carefully flake out the bits to clear the threads out. Then tapered and adjusted the 2.5 threads left on that npt fitting enough to thread in. I blue loctited it heavy, lmfao. Somebody rolled up and I let myself get distracted/agitated which lead to me gorilla-ing the first step of the install. Ugh.

Rest of install was very smooth. Popped grill, but just tilted it enough to get access to the duct I have to remove. Which just jams air under the OEM airbox, not direct in any sense. Which I had concerns about. Removing it does not seem to affect anything.

Wow, this intake is loud! Thing howls 4k and above WOT. Its more audible than my exhaust in most cases, lmfao! Should have gone ATAK over S Type, lol

Talking with Outerwears about a prefilter. Hopefully they have something. K&N wants 115 bucks for theirs, geez man.

Overall quality of the intake was meh. Its a bunch of plastic. Stainless bolts, brass inserts, so no concern for corrosion. Pulls air samevplace and height as OEM, so no additional water threat there. Filtration is a concern. If I can't get a prefilter, I may buy a different aftermarket cone filter.

Overall, it is just noise, and its louder than I expected! Which is great!

Ok, here's whats up!

Ordered Outerwears Prefilters for the K&N. What a great company to work with. Excellent CS! I supplied the dimensions, and they got me the model that will fit. Easy.

Black friday hit me too hard.

ARB diff covers
Potting compound for Locker sensors
Rough Country rear LCA skids
Lamin-x headlight/foglight/tail light film
Hitch skid from 4.22

Open box side steps!! Huge savings!

Bought cheapo "saddle bag" type center consul/ shifter side storage guys

Overall, this is how I feel.

Geez, additionally. Im running my tank dry, have 4 gallons of gas in the back, seeing what my range really is. I set the second trip once the gas light came on.

So, we shall see.

Pulled the K&N intake, and put on this Outerwears Prefilter. Fit great! Should help keep the filter from getting jammed up, and ads a little bit more filtration. It's water resistant too. Great stuff.

Installed this "side saddle" cubby guy. It fits pretty darn well, and gives me some extra space to tuck badges and what not. It's kinda felt lined, ultra luxurious...

Lol, it's like 20 bucks off amazon, so I rolled the dice on it. It's not obstructive at all, and overall, not angry about it.

I did some quick and dirty kydex work to make a cradle off my bulletproof mount and keep the heat from the closed vent off my phone some.

I'll probably tweak it some. Square it up more, etc, but for now its pretty functional.

I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra, and its side button layout had me gripping the phone at the very top in order to keep it under the dash line. This offers much more support!

Nice looking one. Have a link to share?

I’ve been using heavy duty Velcro to mount my GMRS radio to the console on the passenger side, but it might be easier and cleaner to tuck it in one of these. Thanks for the pics.

Well, did the freedom panel sound assassin strips and hothead liners.

I'm going to have to figure out how I want to do the rear. Probably pull it.

First time I removed the freedom panels, lol.

Also, my Bakflip tonneau is watertight after some fine adjustment. Had crazy rain yesterday, both driving in, and parked. No water in the bed!!!

Well, Extreme Terrain's shipping department really dropped the ball packaging 84lbs of side steps. Ugh.

I guess I will see how badly bent that bracket really is, and then contact their CS. I will take a new pic of the bracket.

Not thrilled at all.

Well this experience was frustrating. Tried to 180 the mirror.

I popped it off the ball, then when trying to reinstall, popped the whole arm off. It sucked. I now know all the tricks with that mirror, lol
