I had a Quadratec QRC full width on my JK and it was a solid bumper.
I have a Quadratec QRC stubby on my JT and I have no complaints.
Both are heavy (120 & 90 pounds, respectively), but both were/are well made.
1 - A lot of people don't claim the rebate.
2 - If a customer doesn't follow the rebate directions, the rebate can be denied.
Both situations provide the opportunity for the vendor to keep money they wouldn't have gotten if the price was discounted instead.
Full disclosure: I like Bestop's...
Keep in mind, the second you say "lawyer," "lawsuit," "lemon law" or something similar, everyone involved will stop talking to you. At that point, you'll have to get an attorney and go all the way.
I lived Syracuse, NY for a while and it was singularly the most unfriendly place I've ever lived.
I'm gonna go with the people at the DMV are making crap up just to eff with you because they can and will never be held accountable.
That's the same background I use. It's a setting. You have a bunch of different background options and colors.
Edit: you can change it. Settings > display > set theme
I must be missing it because I'm struggling to see what doesn't look right about this.
Aside from the "controls" icon being different, this looks like the screen on my '20 JTR.
What obvious thing am I missing?
Like i said above, I've had no problems. I've used it for tire size and some other settings. I didn't want something that I had to leave plugged in and don't care about the Tazer's live functions, so JSCAN seemed like the obvious choice for me.
I set up JSCAN recently:
Bluetooth Code Scanner = $32
Security Bypass Cable = $20
JSCAN VIN Unlock = $24
I bought the hardware recommended by JSCAN from Amazon. The whole set up was ~$75.
I couldn't get the black satin grill when i ordered my 20 JTR because it wasn't available with the trail cam. Instead, I bought a black satin grill from BAM a few months ago and swapped it out for my color matched grill. I did have to put the color matched trim pieces on around the grill and...
The fact that it's an option is even worse. How many design/engineering resources are devoted to something that's optioned on 10ish% of JTs? My argument would be that those resources would be better spent on other stuff. Every hour a cubicle dweller spends thinking about MTs would be better...
Unpopular opinions:
Max Tow isn't special. Jeep doesn't even think it's worthy of its own badge or decal.
Manual transmissions are antiquated. Move them to the automotive scrap heap of history.
Sting Gray is boring and over done. Retire it and replace it with something more interesting.
I spent at least 5 minutes doing research on these tires. That's 10x more research! I'm pretty sure i even watched that video.
Dude, I posted that over 2 years ago. I think it's too late to return them. Lol
