I didn't realize there was a delay until my SA told me. It did clunk to engage in reverse
Best wishes! If your does need to be repaired, I hope your wait isn't as long and your experience isn't as frustrating.
Sounds similar. How is shifting to reverse? Does it immediately engage or are you experiencing a delay? If you're feeling a delay then it violently engages, you might see the same issue I had where it doesn't even engage in reverse, just a flashing R.
I do.

I started having odd issues with shifting in my 2020 Rubicon 37k miles. At times it wouldn't engage to reverse. The shift from 3rd to 4th gear was very rough.
Naturally, I took it to the dealership (March 8th) to have the problem diagnosed since it wasn't giving any warning lights on the dash...
Definitely get it checked out. In addition to the harsh shifting from 3rd to 4th. Mine wouldn't always engage in reverse. When it did, you could feel it. When it didn't the R would flash.
My SA told me right after I brought mine in, another Gladiator came in with the exact same symptoms. In...
My 2020 is at the dealership for the same issues described in prior posts. Last Friday, after 3 weeks, my Service Advisor told me it needs a new transmission and is on backorder. He advises me to call the Jeep customer care line to get authorization for a rental. Jeep customer "cares" is a...
I'm going through the same thing. Sometimes it wouldn't even engage to reverse. When it did, it was delayed and rough. No codes or lights. I took to the dealer 3 weeks ago; they wanted to do the valve body replacement. Luckily another Gladiator was in with the same symptoms and the valve body...
Odd.... I have a 2020 JT Rubicon and all the ports front and back screen mirror Carplay. Recently installed a wireless carplay adapter in the center armrest and it's been working great.
I'm running the Z automotive front facing cam. It's not HD like the rear cam but it gets the job done. Install was fairly simple, I'm satisfied with it. I have to add that Z Automotive customer service is outstanding.
UPDATE: Dealer says the pitman arm is loose. Because I have the Synergy bracket on, they are charging me $210, can't cover under warranty because of the aftermarket modification. Need to remove the bracket in order to properly torque it.
This is my first Jeep, is it normal to have to recenter following an off roading session? Not my first time taking it off road but, the first time I've had the ESC kick in afterward.
Driving home on the highway after off-roading and my ESC (light would flash) started to kick in when making right turns (could feel it auto braking) while either following the curve of the highway or when exiting. The steering wheel was a little out of whack so I adjusted it back to center but...
