Weird, I tightened everything up while the Gladiator was on the ground. I also used a torque wrench. 190ft/lbs torque on the control arm nuts/bolts was the worst.
So what ended up causing your clunking noise? I am experiencing the same thing. I just finished installing the Clayton 3.5 Overland+ last week by myself and I am experiencing the same clunking noise over slow speed bumps.
If you got the service done, ensure you check the torque of the Pitman nut and the 4 steering box bolts.
I immediately installed the Synergy Sector shaft brace after the TSB because I had already bought it.
**To my surprise, the pitman arm nut was only hand tightened and the 4 steering box...

Is there a TSB on the e-locker problem? I'm not finding it. Surely if many Rubicon owners were experiencing e-locker problems there would be a TSB or downright recall.
