When I was using the builder webpage to build my sport s max tow I could not select painted fenders.
I ordered at the dealership and the guy who put in the order put a code in that got me the paint matched wider max tow fenders.
Got some new tires in. Toyo AT3 285/75 R17 on the factory black gloss alloy wheels. 2 inch lift with this tire size is pretty perfect in my option.

The only real concern is wear on bearings and such. And any case you make the 2 door undrivable while off-road. But you can always rent a dolly or trailer in that case.
I did a 3k mile trip in my TJ with my wife and that's enough long road trips in the old jeep for a lifetime. so anywhere...
I'm am planning to use this on the TJ for flat towing for now. I don't have space to store a trailer. But if something really breaks I can always use a uhaul trailer.

Here's a breakdown of my lift setup. It's a bit of work to piecemeal it. But that's what I ended up doing

Yup. Mid year 23 and newer have the larger diameter thread.
I wasn't too keen on cutting down a bushing and relying on washers to be the mating surface. There wasn't enough meat of the face from the nut and flange on the M12 link for me to be comfortable. Especially knowing that Mopar makes...
This isn't a question but rather a PSA. If you have a mid year 23 or newer the sway bar end links side bolt is now a M14 rather than M12 like earlier gladiators.
The correct part to order for a 2 inch lift extension is 68640455AA. The parts person may tell you otherwise but so long as your bar...

I have the @JcrOffroad adventure rack I shortened a bit to play nice with the truck bed cover. You can see it in my build thread.
Then also your basic Smittybilt rtt. We put a 2 inch memory foam pad inside.
If you get an rtt with a soft cloth cover, I highly recommend removing/covering it...
The back settle a little lower and the front a little higher. That photo was on a downhill.
I'm very happy with the setup. The front isn't bottoming out. Even with the bump stop extensions
I just centered my steering wheel after a 2inch lift. It's super easy. A ratcheting 15mm box end wrench is all you really need.
Unlike the older jeeps(like my TJ) your tie rod and drag link aren't connected. So your toe at least is not effected by the lift. Just your steering wheel alignment...
Got my lift hopefully going on this weekend
What I decided on was the iron rock off-road 2 inch spacer for the rear to maintain the max tow springs and 2 inch front lift springs from synergy.
After that I need to choose tires. I'd like to maintain the thinner tires only my 17 inch wheels. But...
