I bought the PnP harness and spliced the wire on the passenger side to allow it to reach. No issues and these are bright. Really, really, bright. Which is really, really, awesome. Well worth any hassle to getting them installed.
Know that the Mopar steel bumper is more of a hubcap because you need a winch plate that sits between the frame and is where the winch sits. The bumper only allows you to mount a fair lead on it and act as a pass through for the winch line. The winch does not mount to the bumper and the factory...
If that is your bumper, it isn't winch capable, you've no cutout for your winch line to passthrough and it is plastic. If your build sheet shows you should have the factory steel bumper, you didn't actually get it.

For those about to install there is a hole above the corner brace to bring the cable through that leaves you with enough wire to make it to the passenger side.
