I would suggest removing the top and doors on a dry day, just letting it air out. If top and doors are on, put a box of baking soda up front and in the back. You could also sprinkle baking soda on the carpet, leaving it for a day or two, then vacuum. Also although it may not make a difference...
One year, one month and one day. At Ormond Beach the other day (Truck week at Daytona), Jeeps were pulling out stuck 2 wheel trucks and some lifted 4 wheel drives, left and right. Did not see any Jeeps stuck in the sand ! My JT is my beach buggy !
Well, a little update, the tech at the dealership though it was a little play in the driveshaft. He said, common with Jeeps and Dodge trucks. I thought ok, we will see if it gets any worse. Best to all !

Found mine to be the same. As this should be my last vheical, after washing I open the hood to do a wipe down and vacuum as needed. Trying to keep the TJ in tip top shape!
