@1herm4 : I have the Ace Engineering rock sliders on my JTR and really like them.
One difference between those and the Rock Hard rock sliders is that the Ace Engineering sliders fit over (under?) rubi rails while the Rock Hard sliders replace rubi rails.
(btw... I also just got the Rock Hard...
It might seem odd to ask a JT forum about good JK forums but here's the context:
1. I'm a new Jeeper (my JT, bought in Dec '19, is my first)
2. I've learned a ton in this forum and like the vibe here and in the (apparently related) jlwranglerforums.com
3. Last week, I caved in and bought my...
Looks like a great set up. Just curious if anyone has tried this with the OEM (roll-up) tonneau cover. On the website, they indicate that it doesn't clear
https://compactcampingstore.com/products/pickup-bed-rail-base-brackets
Here ya go. Clearly, this is gonna look REALLY familiar. The combo of the lights and the grille guard look like they were made for each other, given how the clearance works out. And thus the grill guard kinda sorta guards the lights too (from stuff falling on them).
The only thing I'm not...
Hey, a quick shout-out of thanks for photos (much) earlier in the thread that showed your Warn grille guard with the KC Gravity Pro6 lights. I ended up going with the same combo and your detailed pix showed clearly that everything fit, had clearance, and looked good.
Much appreciated!
I did an install using the Warn Power Interrupt a couple of weeks ago and had some time today to take a reasonable pic and do some annotation to show the wiring for an install that uses the factory AUX switches. Hope that it helps someone else.
You'll notice that this install has the...
Just went through this a couple of weeks ago (33s to 35s) and my local dealer wouldn't/couldn't. They recommended the AEV Procal Snap. My timing happened that I got one of the first batch of ProCal units that AEV shipped that had the TPMS functionality.
I wasn't looking for all the...
I have similar problem and went with the same solution, which I had found here:
https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/35-spare-tire-issue.22785/page-2#post-356826
I'll admit that I'm not thrilled about my solution, from a safety perspective. From an engineering perspective, the...
An update on my experience with the Moper Winch Plate Kit (82215182AC), which I installed this past weekend along with a Warn Xeon 10-S
First, what makes it a "kit" is that it, along with the winch plate and assorted mounting hardware, Mopar provides two additional (approx) 2" crush cans that...
Given the virtual tumbleweeds rolling past this post, it seems likely that I didn't miss any installation videos that were obvious.
I'll be sure to take good notes and and maybe a few pix when I tackle the installation this weekend. Certainly still open to any tips that are particular to the...
I got a quote from Shipnex.com for 4 packages at 75lbs (actual weight) 1 package at 65 lbs (estimating spare should be lighter by 10 lbs) and that came in at $403.75 with no additional insurance. Adding insurance for $800 increases it to $418.
That is for a residential address. If these can...

Anyone have experience doing a winch install with the Mopar winch plate kit (82215182AC) on a factory Rubicon steel bumper
I chose this option to stick closer to factory and because I've read lots about other winch plates having challenges with the skid plate post-installation.
I've not found...
On the combo jack stand thing that's being discussed, I found this review:
On the youtube page, In a comment below the video, there is a comment by "StilettoSniper" that says, "The 6000 lb. labelled version of this product is actually an improved version of the one reviewed here. Yes, they...
