Hi Benny,
I'm getting ready to put a winch onto my Rubicon JT and from what I've researched, it seems like using the Mopar winch plate (P/N 82215182AC), rather than another non-Mopar winch plate, should keep the spacing for the (steel) bumper and skid plate to be basically the same after...
I don't have one, but I had previously seen a decent video here that shows how it installs:

If you are doing the factory steel bumper and the corresponding steel skid (that ties into the front bumper), you just need the steel skid kit 82215183AB that contains the necessary hardware. Along with the required tools, of course. The front bumper needs to be torqued to 90 ft lbs (if I...
All the part numbers should be in this thread... copying from above and summarizing
Four mount points for the steel skid plate for the Rubicon plastic bumper...
Forward mount points: 68356520AA (passenger side) and 68356521AA (driver side).

Here is the info on the additional brackets mentioned in my previous post.
They are part numbers 68356520AA (passenger side) and 68356521AA (driver side).

Those parts are definitely needed for the rear part of the bracket. (Those also the other parts that are contained in of 82215183AB.)
I think that there is a pair of additional brackets that are needed to attach in the front.
I have a JT Rubicon that came from the factory with a plastic...
Do you have a part number for that filler plate?
Or are you talking about these:
Adapter plate for Centered winch opening - P/N 82215528AB
Off-center winch opening - P/N 82215527AB
