Tim Kuniskis: " Bobby. Bobby! Can you do this for me? Every single game, can you do this?"
MOPAR Boy: "Coach, not only will I do it for you, I... I... I... yes, yes, I'll do it for you."
I don't plan on buying another Jeep for it's superior quality. Jeep is also known as a Heep in some parts. Nevertheless, I'll buy it because of it's superior modularity, it's initial off-road capability (whether I am casual trail crawling or trying to brake an axle), and perhaps most...
Found this site showing a multitude of paint codes. It's too bad we don't get to select from all of these choices.

Chief

Steffen707 - I'm just going off of the jeep.com site, that shows every model (except the Sport) with the rear windows/back window with deep tint. The Sport shows it with deep tint after you select it as an option.

So Jeep is using "Destroyer gray" from Dodge and renaming it "Sting" - makes sense.
Destroyer gray is a flat, trash can, ceramic gray with a clear coat on it. It looks much better with the black-out like on that T/A.
For me, it's buy the JT with 3.6L as soon as possible.
Drive JT and enjoy life!
If and when Jeep puts out Diesel, decide if I really need the Diesel, and if I really need the Diesel at the additional/considerable cost.
If I do need the Diesel, then pony up the extra $$$$ and...
Jeeps are mass produced. I highly doubt they will do any custom orders. You would need to look for a limited run on something to receive the "xx of 500" (like the Dodge Demon, etc). If you order from the factory, often the window sticker will have your name on it, or a builder might leave...
Some thoughts from past dealer/factory orders:
A. If you don't mind buying the Jeep from a non-local dealer, then getting 5% below invoice should be pretty easy. Build out the Jeep at your leisure. Shop around. Send out multiple emails. When you find a salesman that is close to your...
Step 1: Find a solid dealer/salesman. 4-6% below invoice should be common. Ask for any other discounts available.
Step 2: Join and use the Tread Lightly Program discount.
Step 3: Build and order what you want on the JT and make sure you have a copy of build(VON)/out the door cost(Buyers...
Am I reading page 1 correctly - they are only offering 1 engine option for the first year, and it has that insanely stupid start-stop garbage?
A $50-60K truck with 1 flawed engine option?
If true - what is the work-around for that problem? Is there a simple mod?
