Yes it needs to be programmed. and do not use the fog lights until you have it corrected. there have been several guys that did not have it flashed/programmed and fried their new led fog lights because of it.

QUADRATEC is a joke. I placed an order back in February and kept getting the run around. finally placed the order with another vendor last month and had them in 2 days. They have gone down hill over the past several years.

That's random, Just checked the frame on mine and it has the male side of the snaps but no strap. I've had 2 Gladiators in the past year and neither had the loops for the window. The video on Qt shows them but they don't show up in any jeep/Mopar vids

I believe there was a post about this recently and it was deducted that it was a bracket from shipping that should have been removed during PDI

Never heard of it being rolled up, where did you see/hear this? It's not in the owners manual. it would easily damage

It is a late model 21 it is already wired for it. i think i found the setting just haven't had a chance to get the j-scan out and change it.

Tried the signature lights as suggested in a different post/forum but they still don't light up. Not a huge deal as I'm not a fan but atleast wanted the option.
