Picked up a set for a smoking deal. Changed the settings and the brights work, which did not until I went into the j-scan. the only thing is neither of the halos lights up. Its a 21 Rubicon and has 4 wires on both harnesses. any suggestions on what might need to be changed in the j-scan?
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF YOU CAN GET RID OF THE CANBUS ADAPTER IF GOING FROM FACTORY HALOGEN TO AFTERTMARKET LED IF YOU HAVE A JSCAN OR TAZER. IS THE ADAPTER REQUIRED IF YOU FLASH FOR LED LIGHTS AS IF YOU WERE SWAPPING IN OEM LED
AND IM NOT YELLING WE USE CAPS FOR ALL OF OUR SOFTWARTE AT WORK
Snagged a set of OEM LED headlights for $200 today. They came off of a 2022, they will be going in my 21 Rubicon. My brother mentioned I may need the jumper harness to make the halos work. Has anyone done the upgrade on a 21 or newer and know if this is true. I don't really care if they...
Tint should be less than $500 if you are doing all the glass except the full windshield. bedliners vary a bit but between $500-700 depending on the shop that does it. find a local detailer that does Ceramic coating, should runs $1k or lil less, most dealers do not actually have it done and...
Armor all is junk and alcohol based, it dries things out over time. if you want to use a spray then get some 303. there are also more permanent solutions as well.
OEM will run you upwards of $1k if you can find them available. Lots of guys run the Oracle. I wasn't a huge fan and ended up with the RC headlights. 3yr warranty, Oracle is 2yr, and the RC are $200 less expensive and free shipping. No programmer needed.
its horrible, worst manual i have owned in almost a dozen jeeps. makes me wish i would have kept my WIllys that i traded for my Rubicon. horrible accelleration when compared to the automatic unless you are flogging on it.
